	Every type of session includes instruction on being more grounded and centered, clearing your energy, reconnecting consciously with your higher self and energy, detaching from world or community events, releasing limitations and loving yourself more.

INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS

These are one on one sessions with me in person, on the phone, or using some internet technology. Each session is different depending on what your higher self wants for you and what you ask for. These are often intense and thorough. You will receive lots of information as well as support in whatever changes you wish to allow. There is plenty of time for questions.

STUDENT SESSIONS

These are always done in a series of three in three weeks (one per week) and are approximately 45 minutes long. You will be guided to use your own senses and intuition to continue your spiritual growth, achieve your goals and/or to address your needs.

HEALING CIRCLES

These are groups of four or more coming together to participate in healing for the attendees and for the earth. The group can be structured so each person gets to ask one question or it can remain a group endeavor with no individual attention. Call me if you wish to schedule a group in your home, or elsewhere. Future open healing circles will be listed on this site.

Each attendee gets to have an intuitive answer to at least one question, possibly more if time permits.

Practical Every Day Living while Spiritually Evolving

Tips and discussion about how you can balance intense spiritual shifts (whether or not you are resisting those shifts) with working a job, raising a family, and having a life. Usually a lively and fun class.

Psychic & Intuition Development

Reconnect clearly with that magical, wise inner/higher part of you that provides guidance for your highest and best good (your intuitive and psychic side of you), make the connection stronger, and recognize the difference between that guidance and your thoughts. Find out how you connect with your intuition and what stops you from using it all the time. Discuss and discover what happens when you develop and grow enough that you integrate your inner being. Good class for beginners and intermediates.

Quick and Easy Spiritual Evolution Tools

Many tools I have been shown by various spirits and my higher self to make the whole shifting process easier and more thorough.
