Sessions with Me

Every type of session includes instruction on being more grounded and centered, clearing your energy, reconnecting consciously with your higher self and energy, detaching from world or community events, releasing limitations and loving yourself more.

INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS

These are one on one sessions with me in person, on the phone, or using some internet technology. Each session is different depending on what your higher self wants for you and what you ask for. These are often intense and thorough. You will receive lots of information as well as support in whatever changes you wish to allow. There is plenty of time for questions.

STUDENT SESSIONS

These are always done in a series of three in three weeks (one per week) and are approximately 45 minutes long. You will be guided to use your own senses and intuition to continue your spiritual growth, achieve your goals and/or to address your needs.

HEALING CIRCLES

These are groups of four or more coming together to participate in healing for the attendees and for the earth. The group can be structured so each person gets to ask one question or it can remain a group endeavor with no individual attention. Call me if you wish to schedule a group in your home or elsewhere. Future open healing circles will be listed on this site.

Fees: $25 per person per week

SEMINARS

Half-day seminars with a variety of themes. Some examples are: Moving Into Your Heart, Practical Every Day Living While Spiritually Shifting, How to Survive the Dark Night of the Soul, etc. Beginning with a powerful meditation, each seminar provides you with many tools to support your journey to finding yourself, expanding your awareness of the universe, trusting your own intuition, and addressing the theme for the seminar. Fees vary depending on logistics. Call me if you wish to sponsor a seminar or check my calendar for upcoming seminars and their fees.
