A deceptively simple piece evoking the wonderful ocean. The waves are made with organza and shears, the seaweed are various types of fibers and the rocks are beads of all kinds. 21.5"x27"

The Joy Always Shines Through
This was one of my ways of handling my healing from cancer surgery. It started out as a very different piece that was to depict my sorrow but no matter what I did the brigher colors kept jumping in because the joy is ALWAYS there under everything else. This piece has a stiff facing in it so the points at the top stay vertical when it is hung on the wall. Approximately 20” x 26” at its widest and longest.
