Terms of Service
Services provided by Eileen Silon may include any and all of those services listed in the Tools and Session sections ("Services") of this Website ("Site"). Users of the Site and the Services ("Users") agree that Eileen Silon is not responsible for the choices made, emotional reactions experienced and actions taken as a result of using the Services. Eileen Silon's liability is limited to providing any or all of the Services within the agreed upon and paid for time frame. As such, while every attempt is made to satisfy Users, no refunds will be issued after Services are provided.

Privacy Policy
All personal information (including information intuited by Eileen Silon and any forwarded by the credit card processing companies and websites) is kept strictly confidential and is not shared with any other person, organization or website. No copies of any intuited information is made or kept by Eileen Silon. Email information is used only for notices sent by Eileen Silon of changes in Services, Site or travel schedule.

Shipping Policy
Color Accuracy: Although we do our best to make sure that the colors printed on our web site are accurate, actual colors will vary. In addition, subtle color differences and textures may not be fully appreciated on some systems due to differences in monitors and/or display cards.
Payment Options: All orders are paid for when your order is placed. Visa and Mastercard are accepted online. You may also use Paypal.com to withdraw funds from your bank account.  Contact our office for our email address needed to use PayPal.com.  Cashier's checks, personal checks and money orders must be mailed to our office before your order is started.  All orders paid by check will require a holding period of 5-7 days for your check to clear before the order will be put into production.
Changes, Cancellations and Refunds: Unless there is a delay in placing your order for art because we need additional information from you, an order received from you for in stock materials before 4 P.M. Mountain Standard Time will normally be shipped within 1-5 business days. Cancellations and changes in orders for art can only be made for a period of 12 hours after your online order is finalized. In the event that you cancel your order during this 12-hour period, Eileen Silon will refund your money minus a 15% administration fee. Refunds are available for up to 30 days after the art product delivery date. Unless the item is defective, the purchaser is responsible for return shipping charges. The item must be returned in original condition in order for a refund to be applied. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for the purchase after the product is received by our office. Cancellations and changes for seminars can be made up to a week prior to the date of the seminar.  If you cancel within the correct time period, your money will be refunded minus a 15% administration fee. There are no refunds for individual sessions or student sessions unless Eileen Silon must cancel and is not able to reschedule a session within 30 days.  In that event, your money will be fully refunded. If you must cancel, no refund will be offered.  Instead the session will be rescheduled at a later date. There are no refunds on Teleconferences.  As the recorded conferences will eventually be available to those who have joined, no refund will be issued.  You may cancel your participation in the Teleconferences at any time.
Shipping Information: We offer several shipping methods within the contiguous 48 U.S.
Delivery Times for art products: Delivery times given are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping method used and the product. The estimated delivery times include working days after our receipt of your completed order and exclude weekends, holiday. On occasions, there may also be delays caused by other unforeseen problems. Eileen Silon cannot be responsible for shipping delays caused by problems which are beyond its reasonable control.
Sales Tax: Since we are based in Arizona, we collect 5.6% sales tax on all purses shipped to Arizona addresses. Eileen Silon will not impose a sales tax on purse orders that are delivered outside of the state of Arizona, or other art delivered inside or outside Arizona,  unless such taxes are imposed on Internet sales by law.
Inspection of Merchandise: IMPORTANT: Inspect your merchandise as soon as you receive it and notify Eileen Silon immediately if the merchandise has been damaged in shipment. Also, please check to make sure that the products match your order. If you notify Eileen Silon that the merchandise has been damaged in shipment or was made incorrectly within 7 days of the date that the merchandise is delivered to you, Eileen Silon will have the damaged merchandise replaced at no cost to you. If you do not notify us that the merchandise has been damaged in shipment during this 7-day period, Eileen Silon will not replace the damaged merchandise at no cost to you.
Express Warranties: EILEEN SILON DISCLAIMS ANY EXPRESS WARRANTY AND/OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH REGARD TO THE GOODS YOU ARE PURCHASING.

Transaction Security
Your credit card information is protected using industry standard SSL (secure sockets layer) technology and stored in an encrypted format in order to help ensure your privacy. Secure pages are identified by a "lock" icon in the bottom corner of the Secure Payment Form or of your browser.

The following are the terms of a legal agreement between you and Eileen Silon:

Eileen Silon is not responsible for the contents of any linked site, or any link contained within any linked site, or any changes or updates to such sites. Nor is she responsible for the components of any product or the service from the product vendor.
