Payment Options: All orders are paid for when your order is placed. Visa and Mastercard are accepted online through Paypal.com. You may also use Paypal.com to withdraw funds from your bank account. Contact our office for our email address needed to use PayPal.com. Cashier's checks, personal checks and money orders must be mailed to our office before your order is started. All orders paid by check will require a holding period of 5-7 days for your check to clear before the order will be put into production.
Changes, Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancellations and changes for products can only be made for a period of 12 hours after your online order is finalized IF the item has not already been downloaded or shipped. No refunds or changes will be made after anything is downloaded unless an error is made with the automated download. In the event that you cancel your order during this 12-hour period, Eileen Silon will refund your money minus a 15% administration fee.
Refunds are available for up to 30 days after the shipping date of any product, if a product is shipped. Unless the item is defective, the purchaser is responsible for return shipping charges. The item must be returned in original condition in order for a refund to be applied. Refunds will be credited using the same method for payment (i.e. paypal.com or by check, etc) after the product is received by our office.
Cancellations and changes for seminars can be made up to a week prior to the date of the seminar. If you cancel within the correct time period, your money will be refunded minus a 15% administration fee.
There are no refunds for individual sessions or student sessions unless Eileen Silon cancels and is not able to reschedule a session within 30 days. In that event, your money will be fully refunded. If you must cancel, no refund will be offered. Instead the session will be rescheduled at a later date.
There are no refunds on Teleconferences.
Shipping Information: We offer several shipping methods within the contiguous 48 U.S.
Delivery Times for Products: Delivery times given are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping method used and the product. The estimated delivery times include working days after our receipt of your completed order and exclude weekends, holiday. On occasions, there may also be delays caused by other unforeseen problems. Eileen Silon cannot be responsible for shipping delays caused by problems which are beyond her reasonable control.
Sales Tax: Since we are based in California, we collect 7.75 % sales tax on all purses shipped to California addresses. Eileen Silon will not impose a sales tax on orders that are delivered outside of the state of California, unless such taxes are imposed on Internet sales by law.
Inspection of Merchandise: IMPORTANT: Inspect your merchandise as soon as you receive it and notify Eileen Silon immediately if the merchandise has been damaged in shipment. Also, please check to make sure that the products match your order. If you notify Eileen Silon that the merchandise has been damaged in shipment or was made incorrectly within 7 days of the date that the merchandise is delivered to you, Eileen Silon will have the damaged merchandise replaced at no cost to you. If you do not notify us that the merchandise has been damaged in shipment during this 7-day period, Eileen Silon will not replace the damaged merchandise at no cost to you.
Express Warranties: EILEEN SILON DISCLAIMS ANY EXPRESS WARRANTY AND/OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH REGARD TO THE GOODS YOU ARE PURCHASING.
